At Lantan, we offer monthly rentals for premium apartments. Once you find a space you like, simply create a reservation on the mobile along with a few details about yourself. This request is then processed within a few hours.

No Payment is taken until booking is accepted. We will charge you the rent upfront plus a one-off booking fee and caution fee. You will then receive a confirmation email with the details of your new space

Caution fee is refundable one-off payment which serves as rent insurance as well as security deposit on the condition that no damages were incurred on the property nor any default in rent payment. It's paid at the beginning of your contract and refunded when the agreed period of stay has elapsed. However if you vacate the apartment before the agreed time, you run the risk of forfeiting the caution fee.

To create an account, Click on the 'Get app' button or go to the App store or Google Play store on your device. Fill out the form with your name, email and password to create an account.

No, Lantan does not own the apartments listed on its platform. Most of the spaces we have are owned by carefully vetted apartment owners
